Ingredientes:

  • 2 taza (200 gr) de Harina común
  • 1/2 cda. de Polvo de hornear
  • 5 gr de Sal (1/8 cucharadita)
  • 1/2 taza (120 ml) de Leche
  • 4 cditas. (20 ml) de Aceite vegetal

Preparación, paso a paso:

Paso 1: Mezcla Seca

  1. En un tazón, combina 1+1/2 taza de harina todo uso, 1/2 cucharada de polvo de hornear y 1/8 de cucharadita de sal.
  2. Mezcla bien los ingredientes secos.

Paso 2: Mezcla Húmeda

  1. Agrega 1/2 taza de leche al tazón o recipiente.
  2. Vierte 4 cucharaditas de aceite vegetal en la mezcla.
  3. Combina los ingredientes húmedos hasta lograr una mezcla homogénea.

Paso 3: Amasar

  1. Amasa la masa durante 2-3 minutos hasta que adquiera una consistencia uniforme.
